Your new FlexyT product was not made in China, nor was it mass-produced. Our products (including our associated brands) are made in-house, in a family home business in Ontario, Canada.  Every item is designed and produced one at a time using a mix of 3D Printing and hand-made processes. Please accept that there will be variances, minor physical scaring, etc. from the processes used. This has no impact to the product's use, strength or longevity, and is an expected part of the process.

After many hours of prototype testing, we determined that the process used to manufacture FlexyT specifically in a way that was scar free and extra clean left a substandard strength to the product. Therefore, we changed the process to a lateral over-lap system that has the unfortunate side effect of including scaring on some parts of each post. This scaring does not affect the product's strength, in fact, it improves it.

Congratulations on your new purchase of the FlexyT Baseball Tee!  We believe, with care and understanding, your FlexyT will last for an incredibly long time.  Every FlexyT kit includes the following parts - find them, understand them and follow these short instructions to ensure you experience the best batting experience FlexyT can provide.

1. 8" FlexyT Base: Hard, durable plastic base with 4 anchor holes and proprietary easy release thread design.
2. FlexyT Adjuster: A proprietary, semi-rigid primary post with quick slide height adjustments (labelled in inches).
3. Secondary Post: an extremely flexible, durable plastic post.
4. 2 x Final Height Posts: Each final height post is designed to give you quick adjust ranges that match the standard player heights of each division.
   1. D1 provides an adjustable height of 28"-32".
   2. D2 provides an adjustable height of 30"-34".
   3. Both D1 & D2 combined have a range of 35"-39".
   4. No Final Post provides a height range of 23"-27".
5. 1 x Softball (10"/11"/12") ball cup/holder.
6. 1 x Baseball (or T-Ball) ball cup holder.
7. 3 x Ground Anchors with protective covers.
8. Light weight, water repellent, draw-string backpack.

FlexyT does not provide any liability for use, nor misuse of it's product.   FlexyT is an experimental sports equipment device that is intended for mature users or use under close adult supervision.  The device itself is intended to be used with care and concern for those within it's general vicinity.  While we strive to create a product that is durable and difficult to damage - excessive abuse may cause parts to become dislodged and act as a projectile during play.

• Beware of flying components, parts, equipment (such as bats and balls) or broken items at all times.
• The included anchors (G) are not toys, they are not intended for use by children and should be kept secure in their protective sleeve when not in use.  Anchors are not to be played with as they have sharp points.  Anyone using FlexyT is responsible to train other users on safe use and accept all responsibility for theirs and others actions.
• FlexyT parts are made of Thermoplastic Polymer (TPU) and is therefore subject to local regulations regarding plastics.  No parts are accepted in any local recycling facility.
• Usage of your Batting Tee requires that you avoid hitting the components of the Tee itself as much as possible to prolong it's life and maintain safety of those around.

FlexyT is designed to be extremely user friendly.  Usage only requires following these simple steps.  Tip: When screwing parts together, do not over-tighten, just snug is perfect.

1. Remove all parts from backpack and layout on ground.
2. Screw part B into part A, just snug do not over-tighten.
3. Place current assembly into the batters box.
4. Pull protective cap off of at least 2 anchors (3 is preferred).
5. Push anchors into anchor holes marked with    on base (part A).
6. Push anchors down with your hands (or feet) until flush against base.
7. Screw part C into part B.
8. Select the correct part D that fits your desired Tee Height (scroll to next section for details) and screw it on to part C.
9. Select the appropriate ball cup and screw it onto part C.
10. Adjust the height of part B to the desired height (next section for details).
11. PLAY BALL!
12. When finished, disassemble and re-cover anchors before storing.

Adjusting your FlexyT height is a simple process.  Once you have determined the height desired, select the appropriate D Post.

D1: 28 inches to 32 inches.

D2: 30 inches to 34 inches.

D1 & D2 Combined: 35 inches to 39 inches.

Use No Posts: 23 inches to 27 inches.

Once assembled with the appropriate posts, you can fine-tune your height within the selected range by:

1. Rotate the two components of part B to UNLOCK the slider.
2. Slide the two components apart or together.
3. Align the lower section with the marked height on the top part which you desire.
4. Rotate the two components back to LOCK the slider in place.

Note: The top of part B is labelled with 0, 1, 2 & 2+1 to designate the height (in inches) achieved when using the appropriate D posts (0 for none).

Part of the unique design of FlexyT is the special thread system.  These uniquely cut threads are designed to hold your FlexyT in place, firmly and yet slide free upon heavy impact with the rest of the Batting Tee posts.  These threads have a special cut that allows them to slip and pop out, without causing immediate damage to their ability to function.  

While these threads are meant to protect your Tee, it is still highly recommended that you do not abuse your Tee by purposely hitting the posts instead of the ball - as in standard play.

Additionally, the sliding height adjuster, is specially designed to give under pressure as-well, allowing for total separation without causing permanent damage.  Other similar features are built into the design of your FlexyT product such as highly flexible material, lateral layering, and more.
